STRATO-Apex G Series

Features:

The series is a CNC 3D measuring machine developed with Mitutoyo's original structure for the purpose of measuring large, heavy objects with high accuracy.
The measuring accuracy and driving speed in the X-axis measuring range of 2000 mm and 3000 mm are world-class.
A high-precision linear encoder (self-made) is built into the length measuring unit used for position detection. The excellent position detection function enables maximum control of the high-precision device. In addition, various technologies are applied to the structure, control, parts processing, and assembly so that the large-scale 3D measuring machine can perform high-precision measurements.
This series comes standard with a system (MOVAC) that automatically restores the degree of slowdown caused by base deformation.
High-precision 3D measuring machines are ideally installed in a constant temperature room, but are equipped with a temperature compensation system to ensure specified accuracy within a wide range of 18 to 22°C.
Safety devices such as Z-axis beam sensors, tape switches, and area sensors are available as options.
